This reduces both the time and costs involved in maintaining this service, allowing us to charge less and to offer our clients more. Icqurimage functions solely as an advertisement directory and thus is not an agency. Whilst it is our interest and our intent to maximise the work that our clients obtain through this portal which is done through Internet marketing and electronic site promotion, we are unable to guarantee clients work from advertisements placed upon this site given the competitive nature of the entertainment industry.

We serve our clients through an advertising service which functions as a confidential customer-client internet interface. As we value our reputation as quality service providers, there are feedback forms for comment from our clients and customers alike. However we do not serve as direct employers of our clients, nor do we receive direct payment from our visiting internet customers for any contacts or communications that may be made, other than reserving the right to introduce a paid password access scheme to the site in the event that customer demand substantially overwhelms the supply of clients or the available bandwidth (visiting capacity) of the site, or in the event that the need to restrict the number of visitors to the site becomes unavoidable.

We receive payment from our clients for advertising their services only, in addition to providing an internet-based communications service interface. All communications between our clients and internet customers are strictly confidential and private, and we accept no responsibility for any events, incidents or consequences that may occur during, or result from any social engagements that arise through our internet service. As such we are not responsible or accountable in any way for the nature of any financial transactions or sexual interactions that may take place between consenting adults who are introduced through this portal, and we neither accept, nor receive payment for any such interactions.

We are however concerned for the well-being and safety of our clients, and as such do not publish the contact details, Email addresses or telephone numbers of our clients on this site, unless specifically requested to do so. If as a client you wish to remain anonymous, a standard silhouette image may be used together with a "professional" name that is not substantially the same as that recorded upon your birth certificate.

This is not a pornographic site and no images which are topless or display genitalia can or will be accepted. As beauty and sexuality are natural and normal phenomena, images may certainly be alluring or suggestive in nature, but not pornographic, as this is not an "adult-orientated" site. Similarly images and text may not be religiously offensive or portray satanic, anti-semitic or anti-Christian imagery or sentiment. Icqurimage reserves the right to refuse to publish any advertisement on its site without giving reason. Clients advertising on this site are entirely responsible for the veracity and accuracy of their published personal details. In the event that an image of an individual is published on the site that does not closely resemble that of the individual responding to customer interest, it will be removed at the earliest opportunity. Icqurimage accepts no responsibility for the content of any web site that is linked to this Internet web site and exerts no supervisory control or influence over the content of sites linked to client profiles. Such links are made by agreement as part of the advertising package and are therefore not endorsements of the sites or their content.

All clients advertising must be over the age of 19 at the time of commencement of service and, in the event of uncertainty, a character reference may be taken up prior to acceptance of service which may not be that of a relative. In the event of any illegal activity, solicitation, theft, assault, threat or blackmail being reported by an internet customer, a client's image and resume may be abruptly removed until the complaint is satisfactorily resolved or repudiated. Payments must be made within 28 days of receipt of a billing invoice which is made at quarterly intervals, or all details may again be abruptly removed. SMS text messaging costs may amount to substantial billings and customers may wish to consider this before selecting the Gold Service package. There is no additional cost incurred for interface Emailing on the Silver service. Again the client reserves the option not to publish a telephone contact number upon her personal page. Icqurimage retains the unreserved rights to use all images published upon the site for commercial purposes and promotion, and it is understood that the minimum period of notice for withdrawal of an advertisement is one month.
